Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by 5 days before the event.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may be subject to additional fees
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Travel & Location Fees
We offer event services within South West Sydney.
Events located outside this area will incur an additional travel fee. This fee will be calculated based on distance and travel time and will be confirmed prior to booking.
Any additional costs such as parking fees, tolls, or venue access charges may also be passed on to the client where applicable.

Event Requirements
The client is responsible for providing:
A suitable space for setup (e.g. table and access area)
Access to a reliable power source (if required)
Safe and appropriate working conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cease service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

Service Limitations
While we aim to accommodate all guests, magnet production is subject to time, demand, and event conditions.
We do not guarantee a specific number of magnets will be produced during the event.
 
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or reschedule the service where possible.

Photo Usage
Photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. social media or website) unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
 
Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by misuse of equipment or interference by guests.
The client agrees to take reasonable care to ensure that guests do not interfere with our setup or equipment.
