At Kustom Curations by A&J, all of our products are custom-made to order. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

• All items are made to order using your uploaded photos

• Processing time is within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are shipped only after production is complete

Processing times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays or sales.

2. Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Australia Post (tracked service).

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Australia-wide: 2–8 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post operations.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

• Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:

• You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number

• Tracking is available via the Australia Post website

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

7. Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or unforeseen circumstances

• Delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors outside our control

8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:

• Please check your tracking information first

• Contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post
